*Product Application:
Applications include free flowing to viscous products, including chunky products. Fill volumes from 1L to
5Ltr at high flow rates with accuracies up to ±0.2% dependent upon pail size and type of product.
*Note
1). This filler equipped with 4 nozzles and 3 stations, one is for pail feed-in conveyor, second is
filling station and the third is filled pail discharge conveyor. Meanwhile, the filling speed reaches
max 1200 tin cans/Hr.
2). For filling section, it is net weight filling type with Mettler toledo loal cell and dispaly, integration
of PLC to DCS system;
3). Top level storage, diving nozzle and Ex system can be optional
4). Nozzles designed in movable configuration to avoid any cleaning requirement.
